A day in a foreign country..
A : What is the best uni in Singapore?
B : NTU/NUS/SMU. Dun bother SIM as it is for disgrunted locals who hates us.
A : But I do not want to go there. It makes me feel so at home when so many of my "comrades" around. The reason why I want to study in Singapore is because I want to get away.
B : You mean you want to be a citizen and ditch your "little red booklet"?
A : Not exactly. I will still be willing to participate in the national day parade in the year 2019/2029/2039. After all, this country is still my home
B : Then why you want to go?
A : It is because I get to have scholarships sponsored by them! Can you imagine a country who grant scholarship to foreigners likes us instead of their own people? But the problem is, the 3 unis there has quite a number of our own people and it looks like I did not leave home in the first place.
B : You can try the new Uni of STD.. It is meant for locals there and there will be little foreigners, I think.
A : You are right... I shall apply.
