i think what is needed here is empirical evidence depicting the creation of man from dirt.
it will more or less settle the debate in an indisputable manner. judging from the confident tone of bic, this should be child's play.
but nothing from the bible please. universality of truth does not depend on a single source of information, and if your version of creationism is universally true, there should be multiple sources with effective cross referencing to justify your stance.
as a belief, evolution is comfortable with taking supporting evidence from all schools of thought. perhaps the same can be done for creationism.
1. how can you prove this?
2. it says so in the bible.
3. but how can you prove the bible is right?
4. how can you doubt the bible?
5. because the bible is written by man.
6. no. the bible is by god. and god is always right.
7. how do you know?
8. it says so in the bible.
argumentum ad nauseam.
